Forefront’s Monday Market Update
As most people sit down during this time of the year and reflect on what they are thankful for, this is an exercise I do with my children on a weekly basis.
We are thankful for first responders, teachers, nurses, and doctors who help to educate us, heal us, comfort us, and be there for us when we need. Especially our favorite teacher, who many of you know as Christina, but the kids know as Mommy.
We are thankful for sunny days, and clear schedules so we can play outside together, or just lay on the lawn looking at clouds as they roll by.
We are thankful for friends and family who warm our heart with their love and kindness.
We are thankful that we are getting back to long hugs with an extra tight squeeze from the grandparents. I would be fibbing if I didn’t say getting to hug my mother again this year didn’t bring me to tears.
We are thankful for the kindness and compassion of the people we meet on a day-to-day basis.
Most importantly, I am incredibly thankful for all of you!
I could never, and would never, be the advisor, dad, husband, brother, or friend that I am today without the kindness, trust, and friendship that you have all shown me.
Many of you trusted me with your life savings when I was still in my 20s, and trusted me again when I created my own firm in my 30s. Not just the trust, and confidence you have shown me over the years, but the love and friendship has been the greatest reward I could have ever asked for.
I wake up every morning and reflect on how thankful I am to have all of you in my life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
